I have an excellent deal for someone! We currently use the front space and one upstairs office of this lease so you would be sharing common areas with a sign shop. There is a large amount of gated parking in back, a 40′x30′ warehouse space with 12′ door and a side entry as well. We would need access to a portion of the warehouse space several times a week for vehicle / trailer wraps.
